Welcome to Tri-Star Icelandics
I breed Icelandic Sheepdogs, usually 1 or 2 litters a year.
I am located in Bay City Michigan.
Puppies are raised in our family room.
All of our dogs are part of our family and live in the house with us.
All of our breeding dogs are fully health tested before breeding. We do hips, eyes, cardiac and all puppies are Baers hearing tested. We have never had an issue but like knowing that I can say, all of my pups are tested and they all can hear.

Rain is a two time Westminster Breed Winner, 2015 and 2016.

Here at Tri-Star Icelandics we are member of the ISAA and listed on the Approved Breeders page. Just a note, you can be an ISAA member but not an Approved Breeder. When looking for a puppy always ask about health testing and if hips and eyes been done prior to breeding. We follow the guidelines of the Icelandic Sheepdog Association of America(ISAA) and ISIC in our breeding practices. All dams and studs are health tested before breeding.
What can you expect when you buy a Tri-Star puppy:
Puppies are raised in our home with our family.
Puppies are AKC registered
Micro-chipped and registered
Health checked and examined by a vet
Given their first shots and wormed
We work on potty training, basic commands, puppies are familiar with stairs, collars and leashes.
On days 3-16 we do early Neuro-Stimulation exercises

As a breeder, we are always concerned with the wellfare of our puppies. If at any time we feel the placement of a puppy is not in the best interest of the puppy, we reserve the right to cancel the sale.
