Today Max and Kolli went to Birch Run for a dog show. This was Kolli's first time in the ring and he did better than I expected him to do. Can't wait to see how he does tomorrow.
Max did better at this show compared to the last show. I still need to get his tail up. The judge today told me twice that I needed to get his tail up, I'm trying!!! He still is unsure of the whole show thing, I'm hoping with each show he likes it more. Max did win in the Bred By Exhibitor group aga

I called the vet and scheduled Smá for a pregnancy test on May 4th. I wasn't going to do one since I heard you can get false negative and false positive results but after talking to the vet decided to go ahead and have one done. Looking at her I'm thinking that is is expecting puppies but it will be nice to have the confirmation that she really is.

We should have puppies the beginning of June. Smá seems to be getting a little thicker around the middle and she has gained a couple pounds. I have been making sure she is getting exercise too. I'm guessing that she probably has puppies. Another 7 weeks and we shall see. Smá seems like she is going to go through her pregnancy totally different than Meyla does. Meyla hardly gains any weight and deals with morning sickness weeks 3 thru 5. I can only imagine that Smá is going to be huge if she already looks bigger at 2 weeks and a few days.
Kolli is turning out to be a very nice boy! It would have been nice to keep him dry for pictures but he loves water!!!
 Saturday morning, my wonderful husband, Mike and the whole family, drove me out to Massachusetts to breed Smá. AKC CH and UKC CH Haugardsmindes Smá CGC has been bred to AKC GCH Bjarkarkots Hroi Hottur Luke CGC, MX, AXJ, OF. Fingers are crossed we will have puppies! Smá's due date is June 3rd. I will have to take a better picture of Smá   |
